Marketing Coordinator cum Graphic Designer
Marketing & Coordination:
- Daily coordination within team and inter company functions to ensure marketing campaigns are well-executed on time and all relevant teams are updated.
- Design and adapt graphic designs, posters, flyers and other company collaterals for online usage and offline in-store promptly.
- Manage and ensure the company’s website is consistently updated with accurate information, up-to-date content, and a seamless user experience.
- Take charge of the company’s digital / social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok, Google Business, etc.), including execution of posting captivating and on-brand photos, stories, and promotions to engage our audience and community.
- Engage with customers via our digital platforms by promptly sharing tagged videos and stories, and promptly responding to inquiries, reviews, comments and feedback through email, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business.
- Maintain and follow up collaboration opportunities with partners to expand our brand presence and reach new audiences.
- Manage and invite influencers for food tasting events, establishing successful relationships and leveraging their reach to generate brand awareness.
- Utilize advertising strategies based on the team’s direction to boost advertisements, maximizing reach and engagement with our target audience.
- Generate innovative ideas for yearly planning & monthly promotions that captivate our audience and contribute to increased sales.
Graphic Designer/Digital Designer Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for print and digital media, including promotional materials, social media graphics, and presentations based on team’s direction and brief.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos during events or for promotional purposes, and edit and enhance them for impactful content.
- Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and informative ebooks.
- Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement. 。
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing
- A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
